★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really worst experience.pg is not at all clean .it's full off bed bucks and cockroach.bathroom is very dirty .they will tell 24 hrs water but no water properly.owner is very rude.

Water is a big problem there when I came ti join owner said 24hrs water.but I sufferd a lot.also full bed bucks and cockroaches.when we said we are vacating owner and his wife scolded without any reason.and asking extra money to stay .plz don't select this pg to stay

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst pg I have ever seen. The owner is very rude especially his wife. Till the time you book the pg they will be very sweet to you and they give all false promises...no food on Sunday ... The rooms are very dirty along with bed bugs and cockroaches, no bathroom lights and it stinks. They do not maintain the pg and when asked they shout at you.. such a bad experience. Never choose this pg.

My friend shifted luggage and were discussing with me regarding the big bed bugs and cockroaches inside the room and cupboard.
The owner was trying to convince her.
When she said she will shift permanently the next day, the owner said NO LUGGAGE ALLOWED WITHOUT PAYMENT and was asking 50% of monthly rent just for keeping the luggage for less than even 10 minutes.
Then he asked her to take the luggage and get out.
Not recommend anyone to get into this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will highly recommend not go this PG. This PG owner is very greed. The rent charged is not fixed. once you shift in this pg she will suddenly increase the rent. There is no aro, it is not allowed to take more water also. you have to go 1st floor to take food, and water have to wait until she comes. sometimes you have to knock on her door until she comes. food is also limited if you ask for more food she is saying give me more money i will give you more food. even for salt also she is saying. Like we are living in jail and she is charging a maintenance fee 2000 repress, which is useless. every after 1 year you have to pay the maintenance charge. she always comes in the room to check what are you doing, you cannot close the door of your room, wifi is also limited. you cannot use wifi for laptop, otherwise, she is asking for money. she gave afternoon food at night. Many times it smells very bad. food is also the worst quality. owner lady doesn't know how to behave. worst PG ever. This Review is for Happy Home PG which is backside of uttam sagar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst PG ever. I stayed there for almost 6 months and from day 1 onwards shortage of water - the owner gives false promise that he ll guarantee 24 hours water. Power Issues - Owner switches off the power when he is aware that there are girls are there. The PG is full Cockroaches and Bed Bugs. No cleanliness - Bathrooms are not hygenic and wont be cleaned on a daily basis. Owner and his wife does not know how to behave to their Tenants, when me and friends informed them that we are vacating, they came into the room and starting harrassing us and called us swear words as well. And when my friends gave their reviews in jusdial, the owner sent blackmailing text messages to my friends.
