★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the fraud builder in Kolkata I have ever seen. They simply take the money but do not provide proper service and legal documents. One of their project Ujjwainee which they completed on 2018. But since then they didn't provide the building completion certificate. Instead of that they are claiming more money from each flat owner's for building maintenance. Their quality of work in the building is very poor. I am facing the issue from this fraud company. So I recommend everyone please think twice to purchase their projects and beware before investing money on their project.
