★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good corporate building. Very well maintained. Has several security guards in both the entries of the building as well as inside the building.
The building has 5 floors, with access to elevators and spacious parking areas. It's equipped with all the fire safety measures and alarms on every floors.
Many new offices are still being set up and are in progress. Good office spaces. Good overall architecture.
The men's washroom is taken good good care by the sweepers and other caretakers. It remains clean and tidy most of the times. I can give washroom hygiene a 4 out of 5 stars. There's lady staff who takes care of the women's washroom.
Altogether a good work environment.

⚠️Desclaimer: This review is about the "Siddha Weston" building and its management, and not about any of the businesses it holds.⚠️
1. The first problem you'll face if you are going here for the very first time is that you cannot find this place with an address. The '9, Weston Street' address is nowhere visible on the entrance. Moreover, you cannot confirm the address from the security, they'll simply refuse to confirm the address because you're an outsider.
2. Next you will go through a big hassle parking your car / 2 wheeler. They won't let you park inside the building if you're a visitor. You have to contact the particular organization you're going visit. Then even, if any of the staffs of that organization confirms to let you park that won't work, you have to bring that confirmation from the owner of the business.
3. Ok, somehow you're in. Now you want to bring some heavy goods to the 4th floor of the building. Oops, you cannot put that on the elevator. You have to use the stairs.
4. If you have to use the washroom, you better be real quick. You'll have a hard time standing in the toilet because it smells horrible.
5. Suppose you've stepped on something unpleasant and you need to wash your foot. Guess what, there is no way of doing that. Then you go inside of a WC to clean it off. The sweeper will capture you right inside the WC and take a picture of you and threat you to come to their office, cuz you've spilled water on the floor. A freaking sweeper will behave like a policeman who caught you on breaking a traffic rule.
6. If you're a small business hosted inside of the building you don't even have the freedom to use the Internet Service Provider of your choice in your office. Because the building management has already been bribed by some particular ISPs and now they won't let you use other ISPs.
The building management is absolutely of the worst possible kind one can expect.
