β β β β β Very bad experience I have handover paper on 2 December as per they required after that no of time the official ask paper still I can't get sanction . Also they don't inform me clear status. Senior officials phone numbers also not shared. Very bad experience.

β β β β β Dear all, don't take loan from them, very bad experience, all staff are shame lace with branch manager, they are more than stupid people. No proper customer issues solving only force to pay EMI only. And while taking loans lots lies told to you.

β β β β β Dear all I am sharing you my experience with avas finance regarding home loan-
1) avas employees not clearly given information for rate of interest and all charges
2) all charges and rate of interest disclose after disbursement, and it is very higher side.
3) without signature on section letter Dishburshed amount, but you don't know your amount is Dishburshed.
4) ones Dishburshed he given all information clearly but you are already late for cancellation, because you have lot of money wastage for processing.
5) I am applied for cancellation and paid 1180/- on 13 th january but still Iam not receive cancellation letter or any update.
6)they are delays I don't know why?
7) customer care also not helped you properly they are depending on Branch,
8) I think they don't have standard operating procedures..

β β β β β AVOID to take loan from them.. very pathetic staff no escalation channel..
Very Pathetic people And rude staff. Even I requested memorandum they deducted EMI twice in next month. When I asked they were so rude was saying money was available in your account so deducted it and why you are not paying EMI. So rude like Gundas...Are they spying my account balance?

β β β β β Never go with this finance company. They will keep confusing you. No use of calling on customer care, no use of email, no use of meeting to branch manager. They are sitting there just to make fool of people. Before loan they will promise you to complete all your needs but after loan, they don't give a dam on it! Then they will demand for extra money, your rate of interest will automatically increase whenever they want!. EMI will no go as per the sanction letter. Always they will deduct extra emi. Also they will increase the turn over of loan without even informing you. When we ask for it from manager he said they can increase rate of interest, emi & turnover of the loan anytime without notice not as per RBI. only bank will decide how much to increase and when to increase. All of their team members will backout from their commitment! You can't trust them.

β β β β β As stated before borrowing, the interest rate is variable. Less interest will be charged. Nothing like that happens.
Very deceptive. I suggest all people to "No one should take out a loan from AAVAS Finance"
I am currently indebted to this company.

β β β β β They will respond and give attention to you till you sign the loan documents after that for each and everything you have to chase and come down to their office, wait for 2-3 hours to get the results.
Please check whether you fall under subsidy category before applying loan because Aavas agents assure you that you will get the subsidy but real fact is something else. Please don't fall for their fake promises and if they are promising you something take them in return on letter head or email.
