★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sharing my experience, I took my husband for high fever and cough. They took xray and the duty doctor said the lungs were very bad state with mucous and was asked to admit. His oxygen sat was 94 which the Dr said was low and if we do not admit he may end up with oxygen requirement. The diagnosis was given as bilateral pneumonia. So admission was done. The next morning the General physian visits and discharges him with the same test report saying all is looking fine. I was subjected to mental stress just for nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One male nurse who give me injection don't know his job properly. He is simply poking me number of times with the needle and then saying it's not done. After doing this many times he called one female nurse who then gave me injection. Looks like he is some untrained guy. Please have proper trained nurse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a scam hospital where they take only money.. please do not come for this hospital unless and untill it's emergency.. they pull out money for every half/ hour. And they say to do all the test wich is of no use and bill them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst hospitals . For intestine problem they given as heart attack and doctors dont know to read ECG report. If i was not shifting my father to other hospital i was loosing him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was admitted in Aaxis Hospital for a fever treatment. The only advantage over there is meeting Dr Kalyan and a couple of nurses who served me better. Apart from that every part is a bitter experience.
1. Hospital has no canteen on its own. Inspite of my sickness, I had to order outside food.
2. Most of the nurses are pretty new and in their training period. The worst part is, us becoming the lab rat.
3. No clear billing. Around rs 10k was billed under miscellaneous category for non surgical and fever admission. They were not able to get proper clarity on the bill when enquired
4. Rooms are not worthy for the charges collected (around rs 4500 per day)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hospital misguided you the moment they know that you have insurance. If you stay in Whitefield, just avoid going to this hospital even if you have to travel a bit, go to a better hospital that are couple KMs far off. They'll lure you to get admitted for longer so they can make more money. Then they'll refuse to discharge you and delay the process by half a day so they can charge you for an extra day. The receptionists seated there are inhuman. They don't even speak respectfully. I would rather travel to Manipal or Columbia Asia nearby than going here. Forget insurance. If you stay in the hospital for half an hour say for bandaging or so, they'll charge you 300 per half an hour.
