★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have visited to buy some electronic items .They do have good collections ..but if you show less interest to buy the staff will just ignore you..have got washing machine then though of looking for other items but not so sure to buy and I can fell they will not entertain you or to explain you the feature based on our interest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst exprnc purchased an AC they gave full false commitment to sell their product. Its 3rd day no one even called for installation and they told we will try to do it next day or else 2nd day 100% it will be done.

Staff is pro active and assists you on every corner.
Santizer are available on tables and staff also wears mask throughout.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad after sale service. Bought AC on 16th April and installation was done in couple of days. After the installation in the night AC started to make a lot of cracking sound in the night and I reported it next day, Technician who came next day asked me to open the top cover next time when their is noise and left (he did not have patience to wait and check). Same day i reported again on the issue and it's been nearly a month now but no one has come to check. Every time I call the showroom they only say someone will come and check. They even gave me ResQ team lead number but even he is not responding to messages or calls. Pathetic Customer Service

Waste staff no respect and they don't know how to speck and how to manage the customers, even billing peoples don't have proper experience about the offers and offer codes, they don't no price and offers and uses, offers are kept only ad purpose, we are asking any offers item means they told simply no stock like that only. Better we can check online and book it instated of going this store. sorry to say that there is no professional people to guide or explain about the product.
