The owner takes personal interest in meeting your needs and gives you customised solutions.
For example, I was in need of a cutting assembly for cutting curtain rods at my house. I checked with the owner if any cutting assembly could be fitted to my drilling machine. There was no ready made solution. The owner did trial and error with various assemblies and ultimately converted my drilling machine to a small cutting machine as well. It is working fantastically. You know the cost, just 50 bucks.
I was amazed. He takes the customer service to the next level.
