★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased this Carmona bonsai plant 2 months ago, and we are extremely pleased with the experience
The plant was delivered in reasonably good condition, thanks to the excellent packaging. The seller took great pains to communicate proactively and provide clear instructions on how to take care of the plant, even before it arrived. We were in constant touch over whatsapp during the initial days, and Neha patiently addressed all our queries. She gave very useful tips to nurse the plant out of its travel shock, and helped transition it indoors.
Within a few weeks, the foliage started to turn dark green and the plant has started sprouting new leaves. We even spotted a few tiny white flowers bloom. The plant has shaped up extremely well, and has been earning it's fair share of appreciation.
We highly recommend Abana Homes for its professional approach, and thank the seller for the support provided in making the overall ownership experience such a pleasurable one.

The customer service at their website is quick and they helped me select the right plant for me as per my requirements. They were capable of solving all my queries too. They even went out of their way to send the pictures of the plants before shipping on a special request as I wanted to make sure that the plants were as displayed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently purchased 3 Bonsai Plants from Abana Homes. All the plants were delivered very quickly and more importantly, in perfect condition.
PROS:
1. Excellent plant quality at competitive prices.
2. Superb packaging and prompt delivery (I had opted for Express Shipment at an additional cost).
3. Good Pre-Sales consult (I am yet to contact them for post-sales guidance).
4. Customised Orders (I had requested for a swap in the pot colour and material).
5. Option to view the picture of the ‘Actual Stock Plant’ before shipping (via WhatsApp).
CONS:
1. I would love to see a wider variety of bonsais in their inventory.
2. Response time to Online Chat/WhatsApp messages are sometime slow (could be due to Diwali rush).
I would highly recommend Abana Homes for online Bonsai purchase. In fact, I have already pre-booked Dwarf Red Maple and expecting delivery around mid of November.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought two plant, both shipped in same box, one came healthy and the other in a sorry state, pic attached. When contacted customer care on whatsapp they blame it on delivery and stopped replying when i asked how 1 came healthy and other came in a poor state in same box. They use term like " We help u own a plant", "Lifetime support" but do not live upto there words.
I have brought 6-7 plants from here and two came in very bad condition.Will not order from here as they do not walk the talk.
