★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nearly 5 months ago, I bought this plant on amazon from Bonsai Plants Online and I was feeling terrible until the plant was delivered. It reached in great condition despite being 6 days in transit. Even after that I wasn’t sure if it would survive and grow well. After all, I bought the LIVE plant for the first time on eCommerce.
Soon after getting the plant, I was giving a lot of thoughts on how to take care of this little cute Bonsai Plant, I got a call from the lady named Neha. “Good Morning Sir, this is Neha from Bonsai Plants Online.” It was Sunday morning and I was little shocked to hear these words. Since when the eCommerce companies started calling to help the customers understand their product.
This call went for 15 min and she helped me with all the questions that I had in mind and the questions that I never thought of. How knowledegable she was and the practical advices she shared. Even for one second, I never thought that she can be the owner for the firm that sold me Bonsai Plant.
Today, on another Sunday afternoon, when I was having a conversation with my husband after lunch, I suddenly realized that the plant was so beautiful lush green, and I recalled that “call from neha” five months ago. That made me write this review. I must say that the way you guys work is really incredible and inspiring for a customer centric company. God bless you guys..
