★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first time I ordered was a Snake plant along with a ceramic pot which was complimentary. But when the shipment reached me the pot was broken. I contacted them and they immediately said that they will replace it. I had also ordered a Ficus bonsai .The second order came in a very good packing with clear instructions for the handlers in the transit and the plant, the complimentary pot and the replaced pot reached me in perfect condition.
