Management are good. They provide increment according to your performance and also a increment of 2k after every three months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're shortlisted in the campus placement then expect to receive any offer letter from them. They'll ask to work in their office and they don't want to pay for it to the employees. So if they're visiting in your campus for placement. I request my juniors not to sit in these kind of company's. They are coming to see how does campus placement works. I've been passed out from NIT DELHI and it came for the placement and this company makes fool of the NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY for placement. Now you can have an idea of it

Edit :- FAKE FAKE FAKE...
the placement process is disgusting..
At first before placement drive 3-4 forms were given in which every f**k**g profile of engineering is provided and you are supposed to select one from those profiles suitable for you or according to your interest...
Then you have to write expected salary according to your own knowledge...
And 2-3 other forms were there to fill out...
The company's placement drive time was 11:00 am but they were a little bit late ..
They reach there at 6:00 pm in the evening and then started their drive..
EDIT :- THERE WAS NO ELIMINATION..
ALL STUDENTS PARTICIPATED IN EVERY ROUND
First round was some kind of written test and AN ANOTHER FORM included in that round too...
Second round was GD ...
and wait what they don't do GD for all..
It was only for those who were willing to participate in that..
then the second day
First round was technical test according to the profile selected by you..
And then there was final round
In which 10-12 students were collectively asked to sit in HR ROUND...
and they even ask you to work without
money..
And it was told that it was final round and results will be announced within few days..
But that wasn't final round ...
They shortlist some students from these and ask them to visit their office..

Wait , I will try to completely explain you this DISGUSTING placement FRAUD
