★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have contacted the company twice for a quote and sent them the requirements as per the first conversation with someone in sales. I do have the call records if needed. Followed up again after few days to get a reply and was told again that someone will reach out in an hour. No one ever did. If you are so busy and do not want new business you can simply relay that to you potential clients so that they don’t waste their time chasing you with their projects. I am a businessman as well and find it bizarre how the prospects are treated at times.
Edit: I appreciate the fact that the company reached out to me after I posted the review to discuss my issue and provide a suitable solution. The situation was handled well and I was pleased with the response.
