★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guys Pls do not trust ESCON INFRA REALTOR they sell poor quality of Flats. The material which they use in building is very poor. After few days their flats from inside and outside started cracking.
The wooden work is poor (termite Issue).
Sanitary & CP fitting is poor quality within a week it has started rusting.
They do False Promises Whatever they will tell you verbally during their sales. They will never fulfil that. They will simply deny n say nobody promised this. That sales guy who sold and made this property is not working with us now.
They will only call you once they want payment from your side and Good part about them is. After getting full payment they will never receive your calls. Or whenever they will pick up they will just do another promises (sweet promise)
No Security wall. The main door they installed is also of no use.
The Residents are looking to sell their property in less than a year. Then you can imagine which kinds of poor quality property they are selling with full of lies.
