★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a fraud company. Actually there is no company as such, they will ask you to visit their office at random place to close the deal then you will not be able to locate them.
I booked my apartment through them and at the time booking one of the broker(Abhishek) and company owner(Sandeep Khanna) promised to give discount of 1 lac and repay amount that builder refused to pay for opting out additional benefits of interior work. But I still not get any penny out of it. Try to avoid this broker if you don’t want to trap. It’s a fraud and scam company.
