We have purchased compressor in the month of May 2016 and have got 3 breakdown (Sl. no. TD0211- reciprocating compressor with 500lt tank capacity) till 04-08-2016,
In terms of service they are worst See how it work -
1st call to dealer - they will send their engineer same day or next day, then report will go to company. then
2nd step - Company person will visit he will give report to company then
3rd Step - Their supplier will come (Supplier of defective part - If defective part is starter switch make - L& T then L &t service engineer will come) he will take decision to repair or replace, again it will take time.
By this way you can understand how much time wasted and your company will suffer due to production stoppage.
Final words - Not to buy Anest Iwata compressor
Today is 06-08-2016 still in brake down. we are following with L & T not with Anest Iwata because faulty product is from L & T.
AFTER REPAIR ON 8th AUGUST 2016, IT AGAIN IN BREAK DOWN AFTER 15 DAYS, IT IS NOT WORKING.
YOU CAN SEE PRODUCT QUALITY, WHEN THEY SAY WORLD CLASS COMPRESSOR MANUFACTURER
SO DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service team of Anest Iwata compressor in Gujarat, even though i bought from baroda i was forced to buy spares from Ahmedabad dealer, as company service engineer gets commission. Very rude behaviour, regretting alot after buying this compressor, Fraud company never buy this make of compressor.

So I suggest to every one. Go with Anest I Wata air Compressor. Because my experience is very nice With Anest I Wata Air Compressor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. Pathetic product. We are the OEMs. Purchased a compressor in mid 2018 for 75k. It’s not even three years, I have put 35k in repairs. They don’t provide service directly even to OEMs and their dealers just change parts left right and center. Escalated my concern to company’s GM, Mr. Pramod Singh, but he was pretty unresponsive. I can’t imagine when my customers start complaining me about the excessive costs of repair on their products. Crossed their name from my vendor list and you should too.
