β β β β β They need to be more clear for their requirements so that all jobseekers do not waste time visiting this place .As the saying goes dnt judge a book by its cover .There are small centres doing much better .People are being recruited to jobs .

β β β β β The behavior of the staff is ridiculus. After sending my resume through mail, I queried about if any payment was required , the staff , Mr. Maloy Dey very roughly answered that no in a manner that professional people do not prefer. I am a C.A. , LL.B and had been CFO of a company. I have worked in Mumbai & Bangalore and interacted with India's topmost consultant recruitors, I have never received such behaviour.
Secondly, he keeps on asking come to our office and then we will discuss, but when asked whether any definite job profile is there against which we shall discuss, he is blank. Every top graded consultants in India does not do so if they have any particular position in mind then only initially they discuss over phone and later on discuss face to face. I feel that he or this organization thinks people have ample time in life and without any definite position in hand people will give attendance in their office. This staff does not understand the dignity of a senior position candidate neither he understands the value of time. Only less dignified people and organizations bahave in such a manner. I am sorry to say.
