All most every month I get my hi incentive from company. Many employees join BSB but unbal to performance after that company terminated to them. After that they say BSB is not good company.
I DON’T KNOW why people joining company and how candidate can expect without doing any think expect salary. many candidate are shameless now days in our markets

As well as Management are very supported for new employees. If you think join to BSB you must be target orientated or less don’t join to BSB. you can not work in BSB without target.
