★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service, their technician doesn't even know how to find fault. They got deviated from actual problem and insisting me to change multiple parts which are in mint condition. I have to yell at his boss then they properly worked at problem and fix it.. also they took 10 days to check the problem which I have already told them.. very poor service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people are fraudrer. They steal data from other companies and come to your home ...takes money and will never contact you. I complained on the help line number there was no help. Also they pretend to be a company but there is nothing like that. When the actual company boy came to our home from Eureka Forbes company at that time we came to know that we were trapped by thier sweet talks. I didn't get my full amount from this company. Worst ever !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service provider. We have done AMC for a year and they are not providing proper service. On every visit their service man comes and new problem arises and after calling them again for the new issue, then they avoid to come back. We have been calling them for water purifier but they are not solving the issue but just making new issues with the machine. Our whole family are facing sour throat due to unfiltered water after boiling it also, water taste has been changed and no response to calls by them. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL..??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Pranita was asked to bring the stove to service center for verification.It was a defected piece,After 3 months,I got this piece,spoiilt plates,sound is coming from the glass,they say prestige replce nahi karta hai,After buying prestige staff and service center nobody will respond.Im totally dissapointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service provider and no commitment at all. I have given prestige induction cooktop for repair on 16.02.2022. Till today i have not received it, neither anyone is responding to my call properly. Once in a while.someone will respond and give me another time quoting that it is still not repaired. No commitment is seen and highly unprofessional way of dealing with customers. Highly unsatisfied. Going to raise the issue with prestige customer care about this service centre.
