★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place if you know what you want to buy and have everything fixed in your mind about the product. They don't actually have that much of varieties. And for me, the salesperson had little knowledge about the product which he is convincing us to buy(this thing can vary because I am tech geek and keep shoving my head in techs and books). Still if you have already researched about the product and want it in a good price, then it is best than other places in town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lotus is a very good place to buy electronics. It also have a great staff amd a very organized display of products. Lotus do not have some brands of products and they do not display product details and model number on all the goods. But they do give a good discount on many products

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contacted Lotus Customer care for AC servicing week ago. But still no response from them. They said they called me but I didn't received any call nor a simple message.
After every 2nd day someone to verify whether any technician approached me or not for AC servicing.
So I giving up with Lotus Customer Care and their technician.
