★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abhijit park is one of the old and nice society in the Thergaon area. It is well connected to the Dance chowk with Thergaon link road. Society have the childrens play area, good parking structure with clean and green environment. Recently this society installed gas pipeline for each and every flat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abhijit Park is nice Society to live for those who are looking for a healthy social environment for adults, kids and safety point of view. It has an additional benefit of temple inside the society.
Positive facts -
1. Very close to dange chowk and Wakad.
2. Rent is optimum as compared to Wakad which is much costly.
Negative facts -
1. Parking of few flats is small and can adjust two bikes but not one car.
2. PCMC water schedule works here, so water in morning and evening only. Flat with own water tank are good, else you may need to store water for use.
3. Society being in Thergaon, it's electricity trend isn't very good as compared to Wakad which is nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very old place but nice Construction, i visited here for Termite Inspection, But found building clean and clear. Outside Area is full of crowd but building was too clean and Calm place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here as my friend lives here. The place is located on sides of highway so easily accessible to everyone. There is huge parking facility.
The rooms are huge and people are also friendly here. But i guess there is restrictions for bachelors staying here.

This place doesn't have much of amenities apart from a Garden which also doubles up as Temple and playing area for little kids.
However security wise it's Equipped with CCTV surveillance cameras.
Along with Genset backup for common areas and for Elevator.
