★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best maintained and spacious society in Wakad Pune. All flats are 3 sided open, no common wall. All flats are well ventilated and has good daylight in all rooms. Enough place for children to play, cycle. Podium garden has children's play area, lawn and club house with Gym equipment and TT table. 24 hours water supply. Video door system, intercom, security, visitors parking, multiple internet service providers. PMC bank in society premises which even has lockers facility and 360 day banking, even on Sundays and festivals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay in this society is fine but the buildings looks very old. No painting done from long time. Society is not that CLEAN.very poor gym.no swimming pool. CLEANLINESS OF THIS SOCIETY IS BAD

Location view not good, animal noise and lift service need to improve.
