★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seepage issue in almost 40% of flats, fixes were made hopefully it will stick. This is 8 year old building hence Drinking water is a big problem due to small reservoir, it is available only for couple of hours throughout the year, summers it is curtailed even more. location is good. Not many amenities but based on usage it could be fine. Move in and Move out charges are Rs. 2K excluding GST.

Also u will find all basic amenities here. Be it grossary store , medical , hospital, beauty parlour every thing is nearby society
Society is very well maintained with adequate parking place and 24 hours security.

Nearby are many Play groups and schools as well.
