★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Society is okay . There are 5 towers which consists 2 bhk and 3 bhk flats. Flats interior is nice but they are very small in size. A new phase is being constructed just beside the existing. The price is too high considering the distance you have to cover to go to the main road. There are no amenities at all like garden or swimming pool. Rule are very stringent. Lot of discrimination for bachelors. They will only allow married people to enter the flats. Bachelor can come only till parking. Guards are very rude and arrogant. They don't allow even if someone has medical condition.

I was visit my friends house gaurd stops us handed one app in which i need to feel details and all my details are saved for future .then he called my friend and asked about me, it took around 5 mins but its really nice to see such security .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this complex to meet my friend. I have seen good society in wakad area. Good security also specious area. But I didn't like the road conditions while I was on the way. Those roads not from the society but the public roads.

Spacious flats and quite impressive.
Sufficient car parking.
Proper covid guidelines followed at the security check post.
Little congested premises road / passage.
I've been here once in Dec'21.
