★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst service, I have booked online cylinder from here 6 day's back but still waiting for cylinder, no body responding of call, even I received message from here cylinder delivered but it's fack message from indane Gas. Customer care also not responding.. So don't get connection from Indane Gas somebody receiving call from local office and saying cylinder will delivered by today but it's also fack commitment from indane gas.

I didn't get refill cylender even after 6 days of booking.I had to call and request them daily to send it on that day.every time they assure same day delivery but never do that.they dont respond to calls in one time.number of delivery boy remains switched off or out of coverage all the time. Never seen such a cheap attitude before in any other agency.

But BIG WATCH OUT:
Guys please weigh your cylinders before taking the handover. I have seen it myself that there was difference of 2 kgs in 14kg household domestic cylinder.
I had brought my own pocket weighing machine. These guys cheat you if you don't remain careful. I have complained to Indian Oil too but no response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The agency is in small area but you can easily find it as it is on the main road. The staff is quite helpful. they did their job without any chaos. They r polite and helpful. There is no parking issue as such. You can park 2and 4 wheelers easiLy. I had a good time with this agency as compared to their other branches. Others are quite rude.
