Staff member that guys are at reception don't have manner to talk with there customer or attend them seems like unschooled people .
I would like to suggest the owners or managers please teach them or make them educated .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being entitled to my opinion , I will narrate my harrowing experience about how I was manhandled and humiliated by Mr. Siddharth Singh of this agency.
First and foremost, I was given a faulty and old regulator alongwith the cylinder. I stay alone and yet my 14.5 LPG cylinder got over by 1.5 months because, as I discovered later , was due to the faulty regulator. Anyway , I placed an order for a new refill cylinder which even after 5 days was still a task for me to get them to deliever. Mutilple visits, phone calls and hollow assurances later, I finally did get the cylinder only because I was frustrated enough to be adamant about its delievery as promised.
One week later, I discovered that the regulator that I had gotten was not functioning, I lodged an online complaint on 17.7. 2021 and was assured that a mechanic would come and visit my home to check and rectify the issue. He did come and checked but I was told that I would have to come to the office with the faulty regulator and give an application and after that once they check the authenticity of my issue they would again send a mechanic to replace it.
With my faith and confidence visibly shaken in their attitude towards"resolving issues" , I went to their office at 630 pm. From the moment I entered, Mr Siddharth started shouting , physically and verbally threatning me and asked me to get out of his office. Only because i was persistently asking them to resolve my issue. He pushed me physically and said that he would beat me up. Eventually , once better sense prevailed he angrily asked his staff to resolve the matter.
I have escalated this issue with Indane and am awaiting a response but please make an informed decision about this agency before you know what you are signing up for. I do not wish this kind of bullying and harshness that I endured on anybody.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst services and no sense of urgency. I took a connection from them and 3 burner chulha. Since then there is a Gas leakage in one burner. I am calling them from last 6 months and they are not sending anyone to check and repair.
Highly disappointed.
