β β β β β We have booked a room at this hotel recenty for our corcorpor guests but when the guests tried to check in on the very date they said there was no booking. These people has simply rejected the fact that that they even talked to us on phone and made a joke of us in front of our guests.when we asked for the records to be shown they bought out a handwritten dairy showing that we were lying. They don't have a computer or anything at the recrecept. Do not waste your your money and reputation with this place as they do as they please. They are absolute fraud.

β β β β β Everything good except water supply.... The rooms are good enough...... You will get water inside, that's not a problem.... but the source from which it is coming is bad...... Network is a a problem only for Jio customers..... You will get it if you go to the first floor ??, that's all

β β β β β It is near the sealdah railway station 2min walking distance. Was nice, rooms are well maintained, the staffs are friendly.. but there lies a communication gap,
i book room for 4 day n night stay n my plan changed n decided to stay a day extra but i had to vacant the room at the check out time of 4th day. They took advance booking of our room, without any confirmation of me leaving or nor.
