★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my worst experience in life happened in this hotel. I haved booked hotel for 4 days.i have reached around 11pm night. They where not allow me to check in. And threatenen me to cancel that booking. I think that customers have no value. And the property manager and one staff laughing at me bearly. Shouted at me and ask me to find any anthor hotel. Worst hotel experience in my life. Staffs where so rude and don't have any manners that how to behavie.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there for few days and it was my worst time and waste of money as they charged me for AC room but gave me Non AC room with dirty environment. Room service was terrible. Requesting everyone not to visit there. And i want @oyoofficals to look over this matter as I think they have smoke detector but it was not that I think.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entire guest house is disgusting.. I never seen like this.. At first, location is very difficult to find.. Staff's n manager behaviour is very bad.. It will take 10 hours to enter when you say them for first entry they said don't have to come n go home.. no ac,tv n all the electronics products not working,it just for show off..even you can't charge properly in your phone.. toilet is worst ever..no water in bathroom.. all this thing's just for show off.. Can't eat in time,call again n again for food.. Overall it's worst oyo ever.. never come to this guest house.. if you want to waste your money then go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I particularly had a harrowing experience.
A. Hotel closes door at 11.30 in the night and opens again at 5. This is non negotiable.
B. U can't even bring unregistered guests for getting fresh and using the bathroom. I booked the place to attend a critical situation at hospital and the manager refused to allow my 60+ parents to come in for bathroom usage. He asked to book another room
C. I had to call OYO and escalate because manager said geyser not available. Although in website it says geyser.
D. Rooms dont have windows, at least the one i stayed.
Overall room and facilities are very average and qualify to be a low cost hotel. I paid 1500 inr per night and its absolutely not worth more than 600 or 700 per night.
The manager was not willing to empathise with me and understand the issues. Some of his replies were ..
' everybody writes a lot of things about hotel in website but doesnt mean it has to be there ' ( when asked why geyser is not available although hotel listing says so ) . In the same discussion he mentioned 'this is not the time for geyser, why do u need one'
About not alowing aged people to come in for a few hours he was very stubborn. All i had asked was, can my parents use the washroom for an hour. And it was because my aunt was in ICU in an adjacent hospital and i booked the hotel solely for resting and using washrooms.
Overall, i would say the experience is not worth 1500INR per day. Don't expect service as good as most hotels in south india or hill stations who charge similar or less
