★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful designs and work. I had gone to Delhi to get my lehenga from the store. Firstly a week before I was supposed to get my lehenga they told me it was delayed. This was unexpected as I was getting married that week. After couple of stressful calls and finally the staff agreeing to send it on the promised date. Secondly they had not even sent the belt for the lehenga, which again lead to couple more calls and more stress right before my wedding. A designer lehenga wasn’t even sent in a box. The measurements of the waist and the belt were completely different. The waist measurement was a bit loose, somewhat manageable but the belt was 2 inches off. The length of the lehenga was also off that it tore on my cocktail night. When these complaints were made to the store manager she completely stopped replying to my texts , I even msged on Instagram and no reply. What’s the point of a high end designer is the staff is horrible? You go to a designer so you don’t face issues like these. The staff wasn’t even apologetic or try to rectify their mistake. Please hire staff who want to be polite and respectful to your customers. It really goes along way. The lehenga was beautiful, but I just hoped the service was better. 5 stars for the design 0 for the service
