★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst customer service ever. Her team is extremely Poor in communication. They are arrogant and non responsive.The fit they gave is extremely bad. A sheer waste of money ans time. I can never wear the outfit as it’s so badly made.
On communicating with her team they say they have tried the outfit on their dummy and it fit well. Why would one go to such a fancy designer if they can’t give you a simple basic fit.
They charge a bomb but deliver nothing. Her prints are exclusive but service quality is a big disappointment.
Would never go back to such a designer who doesn’t value customer service.
There are so many established/upcoming designers who do such a good job and it’s such a pleasure to work with them and their team.
Genuinely would request true designer to look into her team as I was so disappointed this time.

I have ordered a product 4 weeks ago and have been following up since past week to check the status, they are very unresponsive and do not provide any updates. I am supposed to get the product by now. It seems like this business is setup to just loot money from customers

Every single time I asked for the status of my order, I got replies like ‘waiting for an update from our internal team’. It’s been over a month now and I don’t know where my order is. They are not canceling my order to give me a refund, neither are they responding to where my order really is. Pathetic service, abysmal customer care, never order from here ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is beyond horrendous. I ordered an outfit which was promised to be done in 4 weeks and they keep pushing the delivery date out. Eventually they stop responding and don't provide a delivery date. Too many false promises on delivery times were made. Worst, they do not respond on any number provided on their site, and once they do respond its the same response received all the time "we are checking with our internal team" . Not worth the money and stress to purchase their items

No response from the team, at all. Even after a gazillion messages and calls. For their money they will keep pestering you by calling and texting.
They say they ship in 3-4 weeks, which they obviously don’t, its been more than 4 weeks since i ordered and i have no clue when i will get it, or i will get it also or not.
They just have one answer “we will get back to you.” Which they don’t.
It is really annoying, they really need to do something about their service. Never going to order with them ever again, biggest disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Team MM is just so amazing, I ordered a dress few days before my function and in a very short period of time they made and delivered me the dress through an employee who traveled to Rishikesh from Delhi to keep the commitment as because a delay of a day in the delivery made it difficult for me to pick it up from the store and no courier service would deliver it within 24hrs.
You were my bestest decision, looking forward to shop again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is how unaltered product was delivered. Dont deserve even 1 star. Got an outfit coustomised in 2020. Delivered the product on the same day of the event with diffrent sleevs and ill fitting and some other styled stole. On reaching out promised rectification later any time. People on front desk will keep promising. Went to them lately to get outfit done right. Kept outfit for full week and on day of delivery says need to pay 20k for correcting there manufacturing defects. Very rude designer and kritika who takes order simply have no sense to talk. And dis is how they send your outfit. Never even recommending dem to anyone.
