★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. On google maps it says the store opens at 11am we reached at 11.10am but the guard didn’t let us go in because he said they were still cleaning the store. He asked us to come back. We went at 11.30 and he still said that the cleaning wasn’t done yet. I asked him to call the sales person - he came back and said ok now you can come in. When I asked the lady at the counter why the store wasn’t open at 11am when it says so on maps she said the same thing. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to start the process of cleaning earlier. She then yelled from across the counter asking some staff person to come and stay at the billing counter. The whole experience all in all was terrible. When you’re charging such high prices for your products the least you can do is train your staff and ask them to be punctual.
