I had almost finalised a lehnga worth 10 plus, but unfortunately had to cancel it due to arrogance problems with your staff in delhi. I must reemphasize that your staff in delhi is extremely rude and arrogant and doesn't know how to offer customer experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful collection. The store feels like some art museum. The interior decor is stunning with a touch of royalty. Very friendly staff. Sabyasachi is one of the most renowned designer in India. The store reflects his creativity. There are other stores in proximity like Anita Dongre, Tarun Tahiliani, Shane Peacock.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's every girl's dream to dress in a Sabyasachi lehenga and when it comes to bridal couture, his lehengas are totally amazing in terms of craftsmanship and aesthetics.
While I totally loved my lehenga and felt like a million bucks wearing it, my shopping experience at the Delhi store wasn't that great. I have met Sabyasachi at a couple of occasions and he is a gem of a person - but the same can't be said about a couple of staff members who are not very courteous and were a little intimidating.
I hope this rectifies in future, as no bride would like to feel belittled on shopping for what could be one of the biggest days of her life.
PS : An additional point that might not be mentioned in a lot of reviews online, if you are looking for a size L or above - be ready to pay an additional amount for the design you choose.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As many other reviews have mentioned, the service and treatment is extremely poor here. Sabyasachi should step in asap...because his staffs work ethics are ruining his reputation and clientele. Especially international clients who travel all the way and have to face such poor treatment. Originally, i had planned to purchase a Sabyasachi lehenga for my wedding but the service dint let that happen. The staff urgently needs a training session on what customer service really is. Otherwise, please be prepared for your downfall Sabyasachi- word of mouth is the most powerful form of (negative) advertising as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an exquisite store - decorated with an amazing collection of antiques. The entrance is particularly impressive - and appears inspired by motifs you might see in Bengal's historic terracotta temples.
The staff are very gracious and friendly. For lovers of India's traditional luxury wear, this store should not disappoint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is very beautiful store! With very beautiful lehenga and sari. But customers service could be better. We went twice to this shop for wedding lehenga. First time nobody could seen us, because they were busy with person who were trying lehenga, second time we decided to try it out too and when I finally was standing near mirror in lehenga, assistant decided inform us, that you can't buy any of them, because it's just examples. That you need to make a order and wait 3-4 months (I don't have this time). So expensive and famous designer and sooo bad service....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good store however the staff is a little cold and the service is not upto the mark. They don't make you feel like you're buying luxury. That's a big down side. The staff could have a better behaviour. Though we are fans of sabya we purchased our lehenga from here. Otherwise we could've missed out on it as the treatment given was very average. There was very little men's collection to try. They expect you to buy without trying. Such a huge store and just no stock available for trying. So alot of the things about the buying experience here are weird.
