★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very poor service.I called them on the given number for information about the ATM pin ,the person gave half answer in one sentence i.e"you have to fill a form", when i continued with another question he cut the call without solving the proper query...im highly disappointed .

Lazy staff try to avoid work in any circumstances ( as this is private bank thing should go fast not like Government style )
Typical director board member for long time.
System ( All types of Banking System) what they follow is very old.
Typical co-operative bank as they have plenty customer now they don't care about their customer.
Need plenty improvement in all sector by this bank.
Old employee are very rude.
I hope that this bank will be not the PMCB.
Today i went their to close my saving account and staff for dedicated work was absent no alternative arrangements, i was with old passbook and to get new type of passbook that staff was also not present so no way to update the passbook.
I am having 250 shares of this bank since 2002 and first 2 years received dividend and while closing i asked them take surrender of my shares and close my account and the Asst. Manager said they don't do now this procedures for share as its stop and he don't the reason after closing the account how i will get intimation for this in future they don't have any clue for this,
So forcefully i have to keep this account open due to this with minimum balance as i don't want to loose my hard earn money.
So if you don't want to regret don't go with ABhyudaya Bank.
hope the honest employee of their bank will not come up on the street with their worst banking system.
