★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall good branch when compared to SBI, some officers at this branch are helpful & can easily get your work done, but for some tasks repeated visits to branch are needed, at times their passbook printers are out of order, my cheque book was wrongly delivered to Ghatkopar west branch & they made it sure for me to collect it from there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an appointment here for Aadhar detail update. But apparently the bank doesn't do aadhar work since Covid-19. But the uidai site still issues appointment for this bank. Beware of the appointment given for the bank. Useless bank staff. Should have notified UIDAI about it and taken themselves off the list of enrolment centres.

The Cashier of this branch is a paralysed patient he could use only one hand the queue at cashier window is so big that if some one want ti print their passbook that become messy please change the staff and the Ac in there is not of any use ,total trash
