Where comes to picture of the view of the waterfront, it seems decisive and actual view may be of a Creek filled with dirty water, garbage and possibly a dead body or two rotting away to the glory. It is a best option for families and even begin close to busy road, it is surprising very quiet.

Two badminton court. 1 cricket ground. A very nice Garden for kids. 24 hours security. 2 elevators at each block. Underground parking. And a great refreshing view.
