★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AB's is one the best buffets of kolkata. More than 100 items, most of them tasted very good. Only few items were okayish. Non-veg grilled items were great. Special mentions- Chicken biriyani, Butter chicken, Kulcha, Basanti pulao & Mutton handi. But, most amazing part was dessert. So many varieties & tasted too good. In desserts, their celebration chocolate pastry,Brownie & pan flavored fried ice-cream were too good.It was my birthday, so they provided a complimentary cake. It was a cheerful moment. Overall great experience. Hope to go there really soon❤❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for a good buffet then this is the place. For starters they have different kinds of kebabs which are really good, main course i would say not good enough apart from 2 -3 items, desserts are as good as the starters. For vegetarians this place is excellent as all the veg items taste pretty good compared to the non veg. My overall experience is good enough and i will definitely refer this restaurant to other people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location on the 1st floor of Passport Seva Kendra, beside Ruby Hospital, this AB's os the 1st one I visited in Kolkata.
There were no complimentary drinks. Apparently they do not serve complimentary drinks on Sundays. So if you order drinks it will be charged extra.
I loved the kebabs and the main courses. I loved the Mutton Seekh Kebab.
The variety is extensive and all dishes were tasty. I especially loved their Mutton Handi, Biryani and Basanti Pulao. You can also order naans and other types of Indian breads.
The wish grill was okay. We tried quail, duck, shark, and rabbit meat.
The dessert section didn't offer much variety but that's okay, because you will already be overloaded with starters and main course.
Keep in mind that they will literally drive you out after 2 hours. I booked our table from 12pm and was requested to leave as soon as the clock hit 2pm. So be prepared.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location- This is very close to the Ruby crossing. Located in the 1st floor of the building, elevators available.
Food and ambience- The ambience was extremely good and booking a table prior is recommended since it's pretty high in demand. The service is prompt and the staff are very helpful. The place is pretty big and spacious. The food was great, especially the biriyani was extremely good. Wide range of desserts available- the ice cream rolls being in focus.
Washrooms are clean and well-maintained.
It was a great experience to visit the place for lunch. Even on a weekend, the place was not so crowded as to make one feel uncomfortable.
Overall, a nice experience and will definitely visit again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean and hygienic atmosphere with lots of good foods and moctails. The sad part is they keep very limited addition of aerated drinks but unfortunately when we went there it was not aerated! They served it in glasses may be that's the reason it was not refreshing as it comes in packaged bottles.
Otherwise the buffet menu is absolutely fine to me. Lots of options are there. Also they serve the food as per your taste buds. If you want to have some dishes as less spicy they will make it again for you. You just need to inform them as per your requirement. They also celebrated my birthday when I visited there last time in last year. It's the second time. And yes the service is still so good apart from that aerated drinks (if you don't consider that). The best place for hangout with friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute Barbecue is an established Indian Chain of Restaurants who have recently expanded to Kolkata. Out of the 4 outlets, we decided to go to the Ruby one as that was closest to our home. The food was fresh and tasty, but more importantly the ambience was warm and friendly which elevated the overall experience. It is a perfect place to unwind with friends and family, although do not expect a fine dining experience here. This is a casual, open space for foodies to celebrate the joy of eating. The staff are very friendly and co-operative. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good Ambiance, Staff are well mannered. Food taste really Good, however there is no complimentary drinks (non alcoholic), all drinks are chargeable extra. Also live counter service is not that good. Everything else is good and up to the mark. Deserts are too good. Recommended for both Friends and family.
