Tried many gyms but trainers don't give attention to the client, but in Absolute fitness Malviya Nagar the trainers are very helpful and friendly they give special attention to the members weather is personal training or general training obviously personal training is different from general training but they take good care of everyone. Check it out if you are in Malviya Nagar or near by areas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As being a girl it's very tough to find a secure place for exercise and in absolute fitness malviya nagar it's very safe and homely feeling. Trainers are very good and the music is very energetic. The vibes of this place is very good. The crowd of the gym is also very decent.
