★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow. Complete robbery of money .Suddenly my laptop got crashed and I took it to the showroom. They said it is mandatory to change os and charged me 1500/- (PIRATED OS INSTALLATION CHARGE IS 1500 HERE). Later they said hard disk was damaged and charge was 5000/- to replace it. Left the shop.I took it to my cousin who is a software engineer and he troubleshooted in just 15 min.. Neither he formatted nor installed new hard disk. WITH OUT SERVICE IF YOU CHARGE THIS MUCH PRICE , I AM SURE THIS BRAND DIES IN INDIA.! HOPING FOR GOOD SERVICE NEXT.
