β β β β β This review is about the service. I had given my laptop for fan replacement and when i went to collect it the mousepad wasn't working. They took 1 day's time and next day called me that they didnt check it before taking the laptop from me and the issue might be there before they recieved it so its not their fault.
Instead of accepting a fault on their end, they will blame it on the customer by saying "humko toh jo kaam dete h hum wohi check krte h..baki sab thodi check krnge" and at the same time they will also say aise kuch cases hue jb kuch naya fault nikal k aya h..Aise ho chuka h bhai toh basic test kar k lo laptop..and its the basic hardware of the system..the touchpad..and on top of it they "act" professional by putting up lame reasons and explaining it like a lawyer.
So Do not go to Repair your laptop from these jacks

β β β β β Horrible experience! They sold us 20,000 rs router and after 15 days it stopped working. When we called them, they said we have to pay them again to have them come and see what the problem is. They promised it is under warranty but unwilling to give any service!!!!!!! How can you cheat people in these tough times!!!!
