★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude person. They scammed me for my laptop repair. Reflowed the laptop and claimed that they installed a new GPU. Out and out scammer. Avoid at all costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I baught Computer in June'17, in 1st week or second week computer is opening very slowly and software loaded by them is also not opening fast. I called their person to check it. He is not at willing to do at the first saying it is working good. Then I again told about the problem then he started reinstalling other programs. Now I came to know that my computer is not in warranty as I took assembled. They will charge for the service. I will check today the invoice. Even their one receptionist (younger) not give answer properly. My advice never go to Omkar Computers (Vile Parle East) for any problem or new purchase.
First of all, above comments from myself (Saloni) not from my husband though his name is reflecting. I knew that no warranty on software and all. I had called at your office for my monitor is not opening showing some error. from this how would i come to know whether it is software or hardware problem. Second 1st time your person came to installation which is very slow and the same time new educational cd was not opening ....for that i had called up . So your person had came to check...that time he was about to leave saying nothing is there in PC. when i came from office and told him how come PC is so slow which is totally new. so he has formatted and installed new version or something. But still the PC is slow. If i know that u dont give free service atleast six months or year, i would have not buy anything from you. very disappointed. I will see some other computer engineer. thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to them with my HP Pavillion notebook in Vile Parle (E). I clearly mentioned to them that there is a problem with the charging port of the PC, rest everything is fine. I repeated the same thing a couple of times to the receptionist just to ensure she has understood, but she hardly seemed to pay attention, it more of looked like - humko jo karna hai hum kar lenge, aap laptop chhod ke jaiye. She said in her list of issues along with the charging port she is also going to mention display problem since my laptop was not starting. I said it's been a while since I have charged my laptop, so the only reason it's not showing the display is because it's completely discharged. But she still said that she has to mention it in her list of issues to which I said Okay. As the whole thing seemed fishy to me, while leaving I told her pls. call me know when the technician comes I would like to speak to him personally.
I was seriously doubting these people's capabilities or intentions and I thought they're going to further damage my laptop by checking for problems which are even not there. Hence I even called them in the afternoon to see if the technician had come just so that he repairs the laptop in front of me but they said their technician has not come and they'll let me know.
In the evening I got a call saying the laptop is getting charged now but one of your RAMs had gone bad so we have removed it. So they did solve the charging problem but returned the laptop along with the removed RAM.
So, though my charging problem is solved they removed my RAM stating that it had gone bad, which I don't think is the case. I doubt if the RAM they have returned is the original RAM. In the process of removing the RAM my laptop body got deformed, the refitting was also unprofessional as they have left gaps in the laptop body. So these are the immediate apparent damages I see, abhi aage aage pata chalega aur kya kya kharab kiya hai.
So basically, it's like you go to a doctor with a kidney problem and they tell you we have fixed your kidneys but we found a problem with the gall bladder so removed it. The problem is not that they removed the gall bladder but they at least should have asked before doing it.
Concluding, not very professional service. That's the price you've to pay if you are too lazy to go to an authorized service center. Below are just some pics of their shoddy job.
