★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poorest Service. I got fooled by the Google rating of this stupid place. They charged 450 rupees for merely fixing a screw. and guess what they could not that also properly. I had to call HP customer care and get my laptop fixed immediately after one day of getting it repaired from this unethical place. save your money. dont go here ever. They claim to be professionals, but 'they are not. Highly Disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been walk in customer of Micronic Systems and Services since 8 months. All interactions have been on resolving technical issue of our family laptops. Technical assessment of problem, indicating time frame to fix, clarity on commercial have been upfront with no ambiguity.
Every time, I have been pleased with the interaction with staff managing customer dialogue and technical team - brief, precise and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to even step inside. No sense of customer handling no sense of technological know how. An employee with a bad attitude. No politeness. No courtesy. Trying to threaten customers and also touching the customer trying to be hero not wearing masks inside the office at all. No hygiene. Unprofessional and unpleasant customer approach. Worst ever. BMC guidelines also not following and threatening and gathering the customer. Hats off.
