★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gave a laptop for repair. They mentioned that irrespective of the outcome they would charge me 1000 INR as consultancy. I was OK with that. However once the laptop was handed over, there was response or follow up call from their end. I had to call them multiple times to get an update post which they said after 3 days that the laptop could not be repaired and they had no clue what the issue was. So long story short- not so professional at a cost of 1000 bucks. I do not know about other lobs but definitely not the place for laptop repair.
