β β β β β This bank really needs to understand their customerβs time and never my work has happened at one visit! For Aadhaar cars linking I hv visited thrice and still itβs not linked and to add to it they hv blocked my account

β β β β β Big bank. Some of the staff is very rude. Some are inefficient. Usually it takes 1 hour to get your work done. Please avoid opening an account with the bank. No parking place available. Very sad.

β β β β β Unfortunately I canβt give zero pathetic bank they have 5 counters but everytime only 1 or 2 counters are functional whenever one goes to this branch make sure they have 2-3 hours spare time and full charged phone so Atleast u can play game or watch something.

I go to bank and withdraw money from bank they will not allow to withdraw without owner of account is present i don't know the owner of account is hospitalized they don't give money i bring signature of owner with me they 3days see the tamasha and also my dad owner of account is handicapped

β β β β β Pathetic customer service given by staff of this branch. Simplest of task isn't processed properly.
Attitude of these useless employees is way too much. Very slow processing and no damn given about customer satisfaction. I hope all these reviews are read by someone from SBI and appropriate action is taken.

β β β β β SBI Vile Parle NRI branch debited the full EMI amount on my car loan on 10feb 21, despite of issuing me a loan closure no dues pending letter on 22Jan. This is unacceptable and has broken my trust in the government institution for any loans in the future.

β β β β β First of all stop wasting time of giving unnecessary information on caller tunes.
The coustmer is calling up to only ask for some specific info which he should be receiving fast.so stop wasting his time by telling him to press 1 2 3 so on and finnally not connecting .Give very specific telephone no.where he can speak to the person concerned and not wasting his precious time.
Remember the bank is for the service of the coustmers and not the reverse.
