β β β β β Poor AC Service, Misbehaving Technician
I have Lloyd 1 ton Window AC. In the month of June'20 i registered a complaint for non-cooling, Lloyd sent a technician on 14.06.2020. Technician is from AC CARE CENTER, Gali No. 4, Plot no. 468, Hindon Vihar, Meerut Road, Ghaziabad. They told us that there are some leakages and refiling of gas is required. They also told us that there is a guarantee of 3 Months. They repair the leakage and refill the gas.
Before 3 months I have again facing problem of non cooling and called the technician. They have sent the technician today and said that they need to again refill the gas for which i need to pay again. I told them that this is in warranty, but they said no the warranty is expired yesterday. I again told them that I called you yesterday, they said that you need to pay otherwise we will not repair.
The person of AC CARE CENTER were so rude and misbehaving.
