I have called them before arriving at store for the confirmation of identity proof they simply informed me to bring a copy of aadhaar card nothing else is required. When i have arrived at store they are talking like they are doing a favour for me(Rudely). One of the staff members said call once again to the same number i am not definitely sure noone guide you false. I have call the same number at store when the bell rang they said we are not responsible just bring your adhar card original copy in very rude manner..

I visited the store to get virtual SIM and they were able to provide it within 10min including all the formalities.
Covid-19 protocols was not upto the mark. So I give 3 stars.
