★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a regular customer there, they are best at there services, but got disappointed when I recently visited there post lockdown, I don't know what was the reason but they have not done my keratin properly this time, as they used to do earlier, they were busy in making video then they were wearing PPE kit at the time of video then removing I would have compromised with this if atleast they would have done the service part well, that's fine but you should atleast seek the customers permission for that..it's ok to maintain good online reputation it's a part of WOM marketing.. my keratin is not properly doneand I feel the reason being they were distracted in other things that they did not focus on service! Please keep a check on it...

Went there by the recommendation of my friend and really happy with over all experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a new startup from an IT guy i guess in Crossings Republic, location from a salon perspective is good and because of it's marketing,can be found easily. I received an offer in the form of a pamphlet outside galleria market by a boy, offer was to get a free haircut on all Saturdays in 2018 and i think i used this offer twice, i took my family members along to a avail the same offer. We all got free haircut back then. My feedback is that they did a fair job with the haircut for me,my wife and my mom, but not done well in case of my father. Now i used to go to this salon only as it is cost effective as well as the latest rate is 100 rupees including a haircut and shave and 80 if u exclude shave. Will recommend people to go to this salon and give it a try

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The high level of customer service as well as colouring of my hair were both excellent in salon. Junior and senior members of staff worked seamlessly together to provide the best hair advice and solutions. The salon is also very nice and I enjoyed my 3 lattes while there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with this salon is worst than any other salon, REASONS
1- They are not at all serious about covid-19, they don't even sanitize, not the hand or the product they use, even after using it for one person they use the same for others without sanitation.
2- I asked him to cut my hairs in a certain way but all he did was, cut my hair which look very bad.
3- I asked him to set my beards and to shave the required portion, what he did is he didn't even use a shaving gel etc, it was so much irritating even after pointing out he continue to do so and argued that it's ok.
4- last but not least, the amount which your salon charges for a shave is apparently High than the service you provide for it.
NOTE:- please go and learn from small salon how to treat there customer and how to provide service to them.
Not recommending this salon for anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful service, and exceptionally well trained staff. I rarely try a new salon, was in a different city and needed to get a haircut, and it was just wonderful.
Pros: Good hygiene.
Professional and well trained staff.
Easily affordable compared to other major salons.
Cons: Didn't find any.
