They cover everything from basic level, like chopping vegetables to advance level like molecular gastronomy in the 9 months course. Overall, it has been a great fun and learning experience.

The chefs are patient, knowledgeable and are known to tap into each student’s capabilities and bring out their strengths. The course covers 3 levels which gives each student a solid foundation from holding a knife to exploring the world of gastronomy. The academy also has an edge as it is affiliated with City and Guilds and offers international internship opportunities.
I took a decision to move away from the corporate world to pursue my passion and I am glad I joined APCA. I have completed 3 months here (how time flies) and I can’t wait for the next 6 months to unfold!
