★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a worst company for working . They don't care about the employer they want your work done by hook or crook. They pay well by the way. For EC /EE this company is best . They work on systems. For CS/IS it's a testing job. Believe me you will hate that job. Initially you need to pay bond of 1lakh for three year it's guaranteed by bank . And you will earn that money winthin 6 months. Working atmosphere is not so good

Learnt lot of stuff. Carrying lot of leadership skill from here which has helped to work in stressful time. Having a very good team around us here is a plus point. You never feel you left this company. So much attached to it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The security is very rude to the people who are passing by. I'm just going to bring my mask which I have forgot. The way the security is asking which is not polite. He is very rude and threatening me to give a complaint to management.. This reveals the company's quality and people.. He is telling me to not to use the lift.. I'm also in the part of building, who is he to restrict my right? let me face legally and digitally through glassdoor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are put into embedded hardware here, 3years bond is a waste. Mostly they will get some testing done from you. Most core tools like Altium /Or-cad suite, simulations, design methodologies training required to excel in this industry will not be provided, You have to get the training done on your own if you plan to switch otherwise you will end up being a liability here.
My friends getting paid about 3.65LPA take home @4.6LPA package after 4yrs. Not worth it unless you want to make your managers wealthy. Glad I switched job just before corona.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FRESHERS DON'T JOIN unless you want to spoil your future. There is no technical training. Bad work environment, All talented leads and doctorates have left. Even after 3years here my CTC was less than MNC fresher due to no hike. My manager promised hike and better work environment in Nov 2020, its Nov2021, my colleagues say no Hike Till now (*forget work environment). Its been 2years and 9months after last pay-raise. When people are leaving the company, manager and PTL comes up with new lie to retain and make existing people work more. The environment is extreme negative and we don't know who will resign next. I was clocking here 12hr work days for nothing. . HR doesn't address your grievance, they dances to the tune of Mnagers and have no real role except for verifying attendance. Inshallah I left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Company giving hike letter in September2021 with effect from april2021, still didn't paid employees that hike money or arrear. Those who left also didn't get their arrears. CEO, Directors etc guys won't have humanity to pay to their employees arrear or explaining the employee in advance why are they not being paid and what they are getting into. I think these managers, Tech leads guys will understand bad situation of junior engineers if their kids get the same treatment in life
