★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The delivery guys are a pain. Even though the address is there in the order, every single time they call and ask for address. When I asked if the address was not there, he cut the call and hasn't delivered the product that I have already paid for. Bad customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have registered myself with them by paying Rs.1200/- on Monday 3rd October and till now there is no response from them. Most reckless and irresponsible service. No money returned and no basket delivered. They keep ring up and say that they are coming within half an hour every day but there is no delivery taken place. Most disgusting.

I have ordered fruits for today 5 pm as i told MR sujith clearly i have placed twice order cancel 1 and call me back he promised me saying he will call me but didnt bother to call me up he started telling lies and when I asked them to connect to their manager. They just told that their manager is absent today and dropped the call. This is the first time, I am facing issue with Terraa This is the consecutive 2nd time. Very poor customer service.
customer care never respond.Its a complete waste of time using terraa service.
Worst experience being in start up ppl dont know how to handle the call nor emails I will never order once again such a bad experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their iOS App crashed at least 5 times while trying to create a single order. The delivery was delayed and on top of that some items were missing. Talked to their customer care and it seems they are least bothered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was expecting my order to be delivered between 9 am and 1 pm and when i didnot receive any updates, I called in at 12pm, to be told that we were trying to call you and your order will be delayed by 1 hour and will now be delivered at 2:30PM. Very poor customer service, I had to make a call to inquire about the delay, noone from Terraa contacted me.
I finally received the order at 5pm post continuous followup and later asking them to cancel my order, if it cannot be delivered. As expected some of the vegs especially potato and onion (both big and small) were stale/decayed. Overall bad experience. Very poor first impression, dont think they really "CARE".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst fruits I ever saw. All the chickoo packets Were not opened for two weeks as they have sent the raw one and the ripen bananas are spoiled one. Making MONEY BY CHEATING CUSTOMERS IN THIS WAY.
Got a call after sending an email. I was promised to get a refund for the same .
And later they informed they will send the fruits which I didn't receive till date. It has been more than four weeks now they are least bothered at least respond to the emails.
Do not trust . Waste of money .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today i have ordered 18 items from them through Swiggy , and noticed 4 items not available , even though they have mentioned available . Second they will not issue the invoice for the items billed . Third shortage of my items even though they have taken the money . Shortage happened second time . Now I am thinking whether to order with them . When called over phone , it will ring to get disconnected .
