All thay in a single session. I'd recommend him for massage and accupressure therapy, if you have any kind of issue related to muscles, body ache, shoulder, back, etc, he is the man you should be looking for. He is trained and knows what he is doing.

I was having next stiffness, headache and within 30 minutes I was so relaxed since my headache was almost over and no stiffness around neck. I would recommend that if anyone is suffering from any muscles pain, joint pain etc then do try it....
