Prices charged are exorbitant and the owner deceives customer by keeping spares of unbranded goods in branded containers.
Even the services are outsourced and the owner will never perform any job work infront of the customer.
When there is a fault in your watch he will repair it in such a manner so that it becomes unserviceable the next time, and that too even without informing the customer.
So that the next time you will visit the shop, he will refuse to attend it by making some sort of an excuse.
Apart from ACCURACY, there are other servicing shops in and around Behala, which lack the glitter, but they will do a decent job and that also at reasonable prices.
Even though ACCURACY may have been a notable retailer over the years, but the reputation does not precedes today.

Also they have good aesthetic wall clocks. They also offer services like changing battery, belts and chains.
